Students begin attending computer class once a week in P1.  In G7, the start of middle school, this increases to twice a week.  In Grade 11, students take computer every day in order to earn their IT credit.  After grade 10, students are expected to apply their knowledge of computers by using them to complete projects in all subject areas.  One hour a week is designated for research, and the computer lab is available to them during this hour.
